Self-Defense Training for Women

DPS is offering a self-defense course called Rape Aggression Defense Training (RAD). The course is a total of 12 hours and is broken down into two sessions. Each session is 6 hours. Sessions #1 and #2 must be completed in order to earn full course credit and certification.

Option #1
Women’s Basic: Saturdays, February 4th & 11th from 8am-2pm

Option #2
Women’s Basic: Tuesday nights, February 21st, 28th & March 7th from 6pm-10pm

Option#3
Women’s Basic: Tuesday nights, April 18th, 25th and May 2nd from 6pm-10pm
