INCIDENT DESCRIPTION: A female student was walking north on Orchard Avenue toward 28th Street when a male suspect approached her from behind, grabbed her cell phone from her hand and fled to an awaiting vehicle.
DATE & TIME OF OCCURRENCE: April 28, 2020 at approximately 1:15 p.m.
LOCATION: Orchard Avenue and 28th
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:
- Suspect #1 is a 20-year-old black male who wore a gray sweatshirt.
- Suspect #2 is a black male who wore a gray sweatshirt and drove the vehicle.
SUSPECT VEHICLE: The vehicle is a gray Nissan Sentra with four doors. The license plate number is 8FTT847.
