Description of Incident:
On August 19, 2020 at 5:40 p.m., the suspect approached the victim on foot, demanded the victim’s money and property while simulating a weapon. The suspect fled without the victim’s property.
Disposition:
On August 19, 2020, at 5:42 p.m., while on patrol, DPS and LAPD officers, observed the suspect running south on Figueroa Street, detained him. Upon completing their investigation, the suspect was positively identified by the victim and he was arrested and taken into custody.
Location: 28th Street and Figueroa Street (off-campus)
