Incident description: A student parked his electric scooter to the rear of his residence and went inside for approximately one minute to retrieve an item. As he came back outside, he observed the suspect riding away on his scooter until out of view.
Time & date of incident: 8:45 p.m. on April 24, 2021
Location: Off campus in the 600 block of 28TH St.
Suspect description: Male, Black, approximately 40 years of age, wearing a white tattered shirt and black pants.
Suspect vehicle: The suspect rode away on the victim’s black, Segway Ninebot motorized scooter.
