Time & date of incident: Approximately 10:40 a.m. on May 1, 2021
Location: Off-campus on Hoover Street at 30th Street.
Incident descriptions: A student was walking south on Hoover Street approaching 30th Street and observed a black vehicle drive up alongside her and park. As the victim walked past the vehicle, she looked in and saw that the suspect was exposing himself. The suspect then made a U-turn and drove past her one more time before driving away east on 30th Street.
Suspect description: Male with short facial hair and tattoos on both arms.
Suspect vehicle: Black Nissan Versa, California license plate number 7GBH537
