Grand Theft

Incident description: The victim, who isn’t a student, advertised a Rolex watch for sale on an online marketplace. The victim agreed to drive to the location to meet the suspect. While the victim was seated in his car, the suspect reached through the open window, grabbed the watch, and ran to a waiting vehicle.

Time & date of incident: 5:20 p.m. on July 22, 2021

Location: Off campus in the 700 block of W. 27th Street

Suspect description: The suspect is a Black male, approximately 20 to 30 years old, black hair, brown eyes, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 170 pounds with a tattoo on his right hand.

The suspect was wearing a black hoodie and black pants.

Suspect vehicle: A 2015-2018 black Ford Mustang convertible
