Sexual Battery/Fondling

Incident description: A USC student was picked up by a rideshare driver in the North University Park area. While being driven to her destination, the student fell asleep and was awakened by the driver who was inappropriately touching her.

Time & date of incident: 12:35 a.m. on Sept. 25, 2021

Location: Off campus near Jefferson Boulevard and McClintock Avenue

Suspect description: Male, unknown height and weight, 30- to 40-years-old. No further description was provided.

Suspect vehicle: A white Toyota van. No further description was available.
