INCIDENT DESCRIPTION: As the female victim (unaffiliated with USC) was walking eastbound along the north side of 30th Street (north of Orchard Avenue), a male suspect riding a bicycle approached her from behind. The suspect grabbed the victim’s buttocks and continued riding eastbound on 30th Street toward McClintock Avenue.
DATE & TIME OF OCCURRENCE: Feb. 28, 2020 at approximately 7 p.m.
LOCATION: 1100 block of West 30th Street (off-campus)
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: The suspect wore a dark hoodie.
SUSPECT VEHICLE: The suspect rode a dark bicycle.
