Incident descriptions: A student was walking north on Ellendale Place approaching Adams Boulevard and observed a black vehicle drive up alongside her and park.
As the victim walked past the vehicle, she looked in and saw that the suspect was exposing himself. The suspect then drove away east on Adams Boulevard.
The second incident occurred when the suspect approached another victim in the 3700 block of Figueroa Street and exposed himself.
Suspect description: Male with short facial hair. No further description was provided.
Suspect vehicle: Black Nissan Versa, California license plate #7GBH537.
Time & date of incidents: Approximately 6:45 p.m. and 7:10 p.m. on April 21, 2021
Locations: Off-campus on Ellendale Place at Adams Boulevard and the 3700 block of Figueroa Street.
