Armed Robbery

INCIDENT DESCRIPTION: Two men, armed with handguns, approached customers who were standing at a taco stand. The suspects pointed handguns at the vendor and customers and demanded the victims’ property. One of the victims, a student, surrendered his iPhone.

The suspects then told the victims to lay on the ground, and the suspects subsequently ran  eastbound on 30th Street.

DATE & TIME OF OCCURRENCE:  Nov. 4, 2020 at 9 p.m.

LOCATION: Off campus at the southwest corner of Vermont Avenue and 30th Street.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTIONS: The first suspect is a Hispanic male, approximately 25 to 30 years old, 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black hat and a black mask.

The second suspect is a Hispanic male, approximately 25 years old, 6 feet tall and weighing 180 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie, black pants and a black mask.

SUSPECT VEHICLE: No vehicle seen.
