Incident description: The suspect walked toward the victims on the sidewalk and mumbled a few words. The victims attempted to leave the location, but the suspect displayed a knife and pointed it in their direction. The suspect then ran westbound toward Vermont Avenue.
Suspect description: Male, Black, 30-40 years old, 6 feet tall, 150 pounds, wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.
Time & date of incident: 6:01 p.m., Nov. 19, 2020
Location: Off campus in the 2600 block of Ellendale Place.
Suspect vehicle: No vehicle seen.
