Robbery

Incident description: Two suspects approached the first victim, a non-student, and a second victim, a student, as they stood on the Metro platform. Both suspects produced handguns and demanded the first victim’s purse and the second victim’s backpack. The victims gave the suspects their property and both suspects ran southbound toward the Rose Garden in Exposition Park.

Time & date of incidents: Approximately 9 p.m. on April 5, 2021

Location: Off-campus on the Metro train platform at Exposition Boulevard and Pardee Way

Suspect description: The first suspect is a Black male, approximately 15 to 17 years old, wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and a multi-colored backpack.

The second suspect is a Black male, approximately 15 to 17 years old, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, light pants and blue backpack.

Suspect vehicle:  No vehicle seen.
